From the ancient terraced mountains of Haimah, northwest of Sana’a, this exceptional lot represents the evolving face of Yemeni coffee. Grown at elevations exceeding 2,200 meters above sea level, these heirloom Arabica varieties develop slowly in Yemen’s arid highland climate, producing dense beans with remarkable concentration.
For this lot, whole cherries undergo controlled anaerobic fermentation before sun-drying. A technique that enhances sweetness, intensifies fruit character, and adds refined complexity to the cup. The result is a deeply expressive profile that balances Yemen’s traditional richness with modern processing precision.

Expect vibrant notes of Chocolate, Grape, Honey, layered with floral aromatics and warm spice. The body is syrupy and structured, with a long, resonant finish.
