PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments in the following ways:
  1. Online, using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED;
  2. On delivery using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED;
  3. On delivery in cash in AED;

REFUND, EXCHANGE AND CANCELATION POLICY

Usually, your order will be shipped on the next day.
You have time during the day to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped.

We can refund or exchange your purchase in the following cases only:
  1. We have sent the wrong product;
  2. The packaging of the coffee which you have received is damaged;

If the above had happened, please contact us by e-mail info@cosmicgardencoffee.com or by whatsapp +97145916099 with the issue description, your phone number and visual proof for verification purposes (so we can refund or exchange).

Please, also allow the following:
  1. Refunds transfer can be completed within 45 days, depending on the issuing bank;
  2. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment;
