Sebastián Ramírez who is a 4th Generation Coffee Producer in his family. His experience managing his familys farm and working with coffee for more than fourteen years, allowed him to develop this project that began with his family farm and now includes farms of small coffee producers in Quindio.
A young and passionate producer, Sebastian’s focus and attention to detail in the fermentation stages of his production, as well as working closely with Q-graders and Q-processing professionals, has led to truly outstanding results on his farm.
