ABOUT Cherry candy

Nestled in the mountains of Cauca, Colombia, Finca Amira is home to producer Luis Eduardo López, whose coffees showcase the remarkable potential of Colombia's high-altitude terroir and innovative processing.

This Red Bourbon lot is processed using a carefully controlled Mosto Anaerobic fermentation. The process incorporates fermentation mosto a nutrient-rich liquid produced during coffee fermentation to encourage the development of deeper sweetness, expressive fruit character, and aromatic complexity while preserving the distinctive qualities of the coffee.

Red Bourbon is known for its ability to produce elegant, aromatic cups, and at Finca Amira, the variety takes on an especially vibrant expression. The result is a beautifully layered coffee where delicate florals meet intense fruit sweetness and lively citrus acidity.

In the cup, rose florals lead the experience, followed by juicy notes of cherry candy and strawberry jam. Bright blood orange acidity adds energy and balance, while the lingering sweetness makes the coffee exceptionally vibrant and memorable.
