Jaguara Farm, established in 2001 by agronomist Antonio Wander and his colleagues, is a 90-hectare coffee farm located in the historic Campo das Vertentes region. Known for producing high-quality, natural coffees with rich notes of chocolate, plum, and sweetness, Jaguara has become a leader in sustainable coffee production. In 2013, André Luiz and Natália took over the farm, driving innovation with eco-friendly planting techniques. Their commitment to quality and experimentation led to a major milestone in 2019, when Jaguara’s coffee ranked fifth in the prestigious Cup of Excellence with a score of 90.47 points. The farm also focuses heavily on fermentation processes, using anaerobic and aerobic methods to create unique and exotic coffee flavors.
